Event 69: The release of "Abbey Road" by the Beatles. Bruno was born in 1969 when an exceptional year for champagne was announced, (the Abbey Bubble? As the name of the Beattles album) a coincidence? Of course that no since it will start its production of crémant and blanquette a few years later. A passionate, born in the bubble, he will continue on this road by settling in the region of Limoux, birthplace of the first sparkling wines.

Event 88: Formation of Nirvana Formed on January 1st 1988 by Kurt Cobain, Dale Crover, and Krist Novoselic; the formation of the group Nirvana and its three members begin, the birth of the three sons also.. Guillaume is named after the inspiration of his mother, who was passionate about history and the Grand Duke of Normandy: Guillaume le conquérant - conquest is the most representative trait of the brut blanc crémant N°88. His goal is to settle on all the beautiful gastronomic tables. You will understand, Guillaume is a fine gourmet.

Événement 91: Sortie de l'album "Innuendo" de Queen La cuvée brut nature N°91 annonce la naissance du deuxième enfant de la fratrie: Valentin. À une époque où beaucoup de personne aime la pop, les musiques plus acidulées et édulcorées, un brut nature annonce le renouveau d’un goût perdu: le sans sucre ajouté. Cette cuvée est la redécouverte de cépages phares comme le chardonnay, le chenin et le pinot noir leur plus simple appareil. Après la conquête du crémant blanc brut, vient celle du crémant blanc brut nature: The show must go on!
